Our company was established in 1937, and ever since our main purpose is to assist our clients in the field of their intellectual property rights, especially with regard to their industrial property rights, such as the protection of inventions by filing a patent, of product names by means of a trademark registration and of models and drawings through a model registration and this in Belgium, in Europe as well as in all the other countries.

Our office disposes of the necessary know-how in order to assist our clients on a national and European basis, and has contacts with colleagues, engineers and jurists from all over the world in order to deal with local affairs concerning inventions, trademarks, models, copyrights, breeders' rights, protection of microprocessors and the like.

Our patent, trademark and model attorneys are entirely at your disposal by appointment, free of charges and without any engagement, in order to inform you of your intellectual property rights, to explain the possible ways of protection and to give you an estimate of the costs involved in this respect.

Situated in the town centre of Antwerp, we are within easy reach and dispose of parking underneath the building itself.
